Gingerbread house Tradition

We just had our 3rd annual "Ginerbread House" extravaganza. The Grands always enjoy the building and the eating very much.

The Gray's Growing Family

Here are the rich blessings that God has so kindly bestowed on us. Makenna is holding Baby Cora and Eli is holding Seth. Kate is due in less than two weeks with Georgia. We can hardly wait.

We enjoyed being together at Katie Murphy's Wedding Show. Kate had just been in Illinois so we wereso glad to see her. She's doing well and waiting for Georgia to be born.

Ela's Eggs hidden away.

Ela likes to hide her eggs in a new nest every now and then. We have to go out and follow her very discreetly. I hide behind trees and tip toe so she won't see me. I found this stash after looking a a week. They are still fresher than eggs you get in the store and very delicious.

One, hen, two hens, threehens and no more, says Mr. Bill

This is Ela, my little Red Hen. She's one of three very friendly hens in our back yard. They come running when they hear our voice and they sleep in a Cute little Coop that Bill built.

There is no doubt that wrestling is one of their favorite things to do. They growl and scoot and grab each other and Papa loves pretending to throw Eli to the ground. After one of the skirmeshes they got up and hugged and then Kiley got this shot.

Thursday Morning Bible Study

These are my Bible Study Ladies out for lunch and a visit to our dear Sister Florence. It was her 92 birthday and we wanted to go and sing hymns with her. It was a glorious time. These women are so dear and supportive.

Bret and Gabe agreed to this picture and they never forbid me to post it. We love our two sons-in-laws so much and we just want to thank them both for loving their families so well even though they're just a couple of clowns.

Eli wasn't sure about the Circus until the Elepahnts arrived, which was nearly til the end. He did like the Popcorn and Cotton Candy though from the beginning.

Making quilts for the babies

I have been chained to the sewing machine every Friday for two months now working on baby quilts with a sweet friend, Lori. She is a Master quilter and often grades my ironing and quilting abilities. I got a D- the other day for leaving the iron on the finished quilt top. Well, I was talking so I couldn't help it. We have finished two girl quilts and now will try to get two boy quilts done in the next few weeks. Thanks Lori, you've been great.

Carol, Val and Bill's Wild Rafting Adventure

Carol, Bill and I needed some adventure in our lives so we went rafting on the Payette River.

The Clarks and Grays

Little Lilly joined the Clarks on their trip to the Canadian Rockies and blessed us with an overnight visit. They were towing their new trailer and were headed for Banff the last time we saw them. Remember, you too can visit the Gray's at anytime of the year.

Papa and Cora spend some time together

Papa Bill had his first visit with Cora and told her how much he loves her and how much God does too. I think Papa is pretty cute too!

Auntie Kate adores her new neice Cora Elisabeth born September 25, 2007 at 12:48am. She weighed 7'11", 21 inches long. She had a ton of hair. We are grateful to God for her and Kiley is doing great.

Uncle Pat and Aunt Alicia came for a visit. We were honored to have them part their traveling home on wheels in front of our house. They were great company; we indeed have so much fun just talking and sharing stories.
